In a violent Patriarchal Culture, we have learned to master the art of loathing ourselves and other Women. To hold back our wisdom and blame ourselves.

I've been teaching and leading for 20 years. I built a somatic leadership training called "Rockstar Camp for Women", partnered with Spiritual Teacher (and now Presidential Candidate) Marianne Williamson, and built a Coaching program with Feminist Icon Regena Thomashaeur.
